About me
Hello there! My name is Quinn McGowan. I have been in the foodservice industry since 2015, and I’ve had many adventures throughout multiple facets of the industry. From food trucks and fast food to working at a Forbes Five Star Ski Resort, I have had many experiences that have enriched my culinary and baking knowledge throughout my career.
I graduated in December 2021 Magna Cum Laude from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and concentration in Baking and Pastry Arts. I also graduated culinary school at the Advanced Career Education Center at Hermitage High School in Glen Allen, Virginia, and earned the ServSafe Foodhandler Certification in 2018. With these degrees, I have a vast knowledge of both culinary and baking techniques and am flexible in almost any kitchen environment!
